El Paisano has the typical Mexican dishes you will find in most Mexican restaurants. They are, on the whole, fairly good. Some have variations to the dish, but nothing outstanding. The service was very good, the decor was very good and the prices reasonable.

The food is excellent, I have tried a lot of barbeque in St. Louis but by far this is much better. Nice big table and booths, a nice place, tv, great looking building. They can seat alot of people too. Everyone took some home, the portions are gigantic.
